Transfer or deposit into account

If you choose to pay by bank transfer / deposit (at no additional cost), you will receive together with the confirmation of your order an e-mail indicating the account number in which to make the transfer in the name of Singular Bicycle Accessories.

Check that the subject contains the reference of your order or your name and surname, and please make the transfer / deposit within 3 days of the order to be able to validate it. It will not be considered valid until our bank confirms that the deposit has been made. We recommend that you send us by email the receipt of the transfer or income to "pradavila@gmail.com"

Do not forget that any bank commissions are your responsibility when opting for this payment system.

Credit card and Paypal

At the user's choice, payment can be made by credit card (credit or debit)  without any surcharge.  This type of payment is immediate. You will be transferred to the Redsys payment gateway. Singular Bicycle Accessories will never have access to your card number or other information on your account, since the service is foreign to our servers. However, in the event of any problem with the payment gateway, do not hesitate to contact us at the email "pradavila@gmail.com"

The payment system  PayPal  It can also be used, but not automatically but you must notify it and we will send you a message so that you can make the payment. Keep in mind that this form of payment carries an additional surcharge of 4%, which is the commission charged to PayPal.

Cash payment in  the workshop

The order will be paid when you pick it up at the workshop. This form of payment is only possible if you decide to collect the product as a shipping method.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 days, counting from the delivery date, to return it.

Exceptionally at the end of the year, in order to be able to give gifts during the Christmas period, the deadline is extended until  January 15  in those products purchased during the month of December.  Please check that the product is in the same condition that you received it and pack it carefully so that it does not suffer in transport.
